In september 2007 verscheen bij Davidsfonds Uitgeverij te Leuven de becommentarieerde tekstuitgave van het Koocboec oft familieren keukenboec van Antonius Magirus uit 1612. De titel luidt: Lieve schat, wat vind je lekker? Het Koocboec van Antonius Magirus en de Italiaanse keuken uit de renaissance.
