From Begijnekade 18 Publishers there is a new facsimile edition of De Nieuwe, Welervarene Utrechtsche Keuken-meid, a Dutch cookery book first published in 1750?. The facsimile is based on the edition of 1771. The facsimile edition of 576 pages has an introduction by Patricia van Weer-Landwheer and costs € 18,82. (ISBN 9789078019084)
